as i think about it, i need to earn a dollar a day here on mylot so that i can pay for my internet connection... before, i use 3G for internet and it's really expensive and connection is poor... i'll be switching over to dsl but the monthly premium (though cheaper than 3G will put a toll on my monthly budget). so i thought about it and i decided that i need o earn at least a dollar a day here on mylot so that i can pay for my internet connection! hahaha... wish me luck!

it will possible if you do some amount of hardwork.its does not a difficult thing my friend and everything is possible my friend if you do some hardwork.so, just start think that you can do that.finally you will able to do this.so don;t bother that friend.

well it is a difficult target..even i want to earn something like that but you need to post a lot and get many referrals to get paid soo much in a single day!good luck anyways!

Nothing is impossible Prashanth as Posham says we can try to do it. You get more if you get in good responses, more than 4 line ones. You can go typing longer answers and don't ever keep to one line answers. They will not get you any.
You can earn 3 and 4 cents for good , long answersat least about 10 lines. In that case you need only 30 posts a day. Try to type out links also when you surf for the answers to prove your point. You'll get more.
I have got a little more than 50 cents a day for about 15- 16 posts posts but I don't get enough time to log in daily. If I can put in 2 hours continuosly I can get more than a dollar here. I am sure about that.

I thnk you actually can probably make more from responding than starting, especially if you haven't gotten your name out there yet. If you respond loads then people will get to know you and recognize who you are and then you will see people actually start looking for your discussions and responding to them. So my first bit of advice would be to respond, respond, respond, and then start discussions once people start recognizing you and stuff. You can tell some of the members on here that are really popular because either one of two things that I have found. They will be addressed by their real name when it is not in their username, or people will start asking them about aspects of their personal lives, maybe that they've posted about and they are known enough for people to remember and ask about it. So I think you have a better chance of being responded to when people have a chance to get to know you.

It gets easier as you accumulate friends who respond to your discussions. And when you are able to copy and paste it is even easier. See my comment above about emoticons. Photos are another really good way to increase your earnings.

You can Kalee girl, It is very easy. Post good responses.That is better than posting good discussions, you need not have to think out new subjects. I keep responding all the time and if I can do anyone can do here.

not everybody here has that goal. and if someone has a target of more than a dollar a day, i am sure that he needs it more than the others here. you can do it just like someone that i knew here. keep posting so you can achieve your goal. good luck...

I think eaning 1 dollar per day on mylot is a hard target.If you want to get the target,I think the only way is finding some friends to help you to post.
I don't suggest you to make mylot as a tool of earning money.If you want earn money,there are many things to do,which can make you earning money more quickly.
So just have fun on mylot and foget to earn money on it.Best wishes.

Well since this discussion is 3 months old and your posting number is only 546 I have to assume you aren't posting enough to make a dollar a day. To make one dollar a day you would need to do at least 40 to 50 responses. I am not able to earn a dollar a day unless I sit for hours and hours on the computer and post. The most I have made in one day is $2.88 amd that was posting on a Satureday when I didn't have to go to work, and posting for about 15 hours. It is not an easy thing to do as it gets tiresome after awhile and I get bored and have to leave the site and do something else for awhile and then come back to mylot again and try some more.
I am making around $20 a month from mylot and I make more money reading emails for money and doing surveys. I have been making about $100 a month in total and I use that money to pay for my cable TV and internet connection. I am paying around $75 a month for those so it does leave me a little bit of money each month, for me to wpend as I please. I will usually buy something from ebay for myself, like a sweater or shirt.

Good luck to you. If you need to earn more to pay for your internet connection from mylot, you will have a hard times to do it. To earn about $30 a month, you will need many active referrals and they need to be super active. To earn $10 a month from mylot is easy but triple it, I think you can't do it without any referrals. My suggestion, it is not realistic, you better find other way to earn money from the internet so you can pay your provider.

Do not listen to this response. They are just trying to discourage you. Just because they don't have the time or patience to post very much every day doesn't mean you can't do it. And you can more than do it by yourself. I worked out that if I just kept up my thirty something posts a day and got about 74 cents a day I'd make about $22 per month so if you post just a little more than me, and there are people who do, you will make your $30 no problem. You just have to be persistant.
