ingredients: milk 2 cups,water-2cups, polenta-1/2 cup, salt 1tsp, grated cheese-1/2 cup, melted butter-1/4 cup. bring the milk and water to a boil in a large saucepan. slowly stream in the polenta while stirring constantly. stir in the salt and simmer the heat, continue stirring until the polents thickens up. Stir in the cheese. Remove from the heat and spread out half inch thick into a baking sheet using a spatula. chill in a fridge for at least an hour, or over night. cut round shapes and pan fry. serve with ratatouille and parmesan crisp wafers.
