Everytime I think about it ,it makes me laugh (lol). When one of my boys lost his first tooth, I told him about the tooth fairy. You know if he puts his tooth under his pillow and on and on. (Well, at the time I was running a home daycare and being a stay-at-home mom.) My son asked in the most innocent, cute but serious voice, "Mom,do you think that you would like to be a tooth fairy? for a job?" My response was(trying so,so hard not to laugh)"Yeah, I think I might like a job like that, maybe one day." Now he is 21 years old and I remind of that story in front of his girlfriend. He gets all embarrased and she just thinks he's so adorable.

One of my kids, when he was little, would come sit with me and play with my hair but he always ended up pulling a strand or two out. He started doing it more and more and I finally got angry and asked him why. Poor kid! "It's gray Mommy and that means you're old and gonna die! I don't want you to die so I pulled it out! Waaaahhh!" He's the reason I dyed my hair for the first time ever.
