Is it true that when one gets to (500) points they can copy and paste because in that case one wont even need to type much.

Yes you can copy/paste then. I have tried it a couple of times before I knew I couldn't and the only thing that happened then was that the page reloaded and the whole response was lost.
It then came up a pop-up informing that only when I have 500 posts I can copy/paste.
I think that the main thing is that you can write your answer somewhere else as a backup. I have seen a few people that copy and paste the same response in several discussions, but that really annoys me!

Really.... It is that possible??? I did not know that copy and paste style when you reach 500 fonts... Where do you get that information???
I think, I need to try that kind of style because sometimes my response, it is not been saving... In that case my response that I've think for a long minutes was easily vanished...

I don't understand the second part you mention- why will you be able to type less once you can copy/paste? Are you thinking you will be able to copy things from other places and put them here? 
That's not the case. You could do a rough copy and paste it here but you still have to type it so I don't get your point. Please explain.

Well, as far as I know. Yes. You can paste at 500. However, I'm still below 500 but I can already paste. It started to work at around 465+ or so.
I usually copy and paste to a notepad as a backup especially for long responses/discussions. 
This is to avoid your message from not being saved. I think that's one of the great advantages of pasting here.

Yes, it is true. I just discovered a couple of days ago that I finally could cut and paste. Cutting and pasting on mylot isn't really convenient because you won't need to type much. It's more convenient when you want to list a website or a quote from a website to help give some examples or citations with your response. It can be a real pain when you want to include a web address, but have to type the whole thing out.
