What would you tell the younger generation?

This discussion kind of sprouted from another discussion I responded to about what you would tell your past self, and it got me thinking. I wonder what the older generations of people would tell the younger ones? Maybe simple things that could be avoided, decisions they've already lived through, etc. What about you, if you're part of the older generation, what would you tell us, the younger generation about life?
