How do you improve your English?

I am a Chinese girl. English is my second language. But in my town, there is no good astomphere for us to study English. No one speak in English excepet in class. So I want to make friends here to practise to improve English, will you? Otherwise, if you have any ways to improve English, tell me. 3Q(thank you)

It will be good for you to be here on mylot and practice your English. It also will help if you can get materials to read that are in English. Listening to English language stations on the radio can be very good as well. Wherever possible talk in English, to your friends or family. It will get better for you :)

Thank you for your advises.But some of what you said is so difficult for me.Although I can listen to the tape or radio or read book,I have no chance to use it in general life.No one could talk with me in English.To me, I'm learning "mute-English".

It's a good thing you have the willingness to learn. You may take English classes or study on your own. Look for words and meanings in the dictionary and study about the English grammar.
What you are doing right now would improve your English. Try to improve in listening, reading, speaking and writing. Constant practice makes perfect!Welcome to MyLot and Happy posting
