Is Over makeup very much necessary?some girls are with over makeup and that create a horrible image for them.But knowing that, those girls wantedly do that again and again.How can girls avoid that.

I think girls should never use very much makeup, unless it's for a special event. (A date, going to eat out, a party, etc.) Otherwise it looks more like they are desperate to makethemselves look good when they're wearing a lot of makeup all of the time.
