Which do you prefer live plants or artifical plant?

I prefer live plants. At one time I experimented growing a turf in the house but that was going too far. now on my window there are money plants, cactus and another I do not have name for.

Hi Neriz, I dislike keeping any artificial plants inside the house as when time passes by the colors of the false plants normally would fade and look dull. The losing color plants always make me feel unpleasant when seeing them. Unless we replace the plants every now and then but this might be quite costly. I prefer to keep living plants outside my house and watching them growing healthily and vigorously in the sun.

i would prefer live plants fo course... they give more relaxation and gives therapy to your feelings too, not just your eyes.

I too have natural plants only in my home. I love growing them rather than having artificial plants.Though artificial plants are easy to maintain, it does not make life refreshed.. But natural plants can make us feel fresh and help us to refresh. Whenever I feel depressed or upset, I look at these plants ,my aquarium..I feel like I have drunk an energy drink. And healthwise also natural plants are far better than artificial plants. Watering the plants, maintaining them, fertilising the plants can makes us feel relaxed.By all ways, I think natural plants are far better than artificial ones.

I'm like you, I much prefer the live plants. The artificial ones are pretty but I love to look at my plants and water them. I think they brighten up the inside of your home too. :)

I am also for live plants. As u said the advantages are more like Oxygen, etc. The natural green is always better than the artificial one.

hey friend u are right i to agree with ur words because as you said live plants are better than artificial plants as they provide us not only oxygen but as give us happyiness when they are kept inside the house.Aloveera,a natural plant kept inside the house will help us a lot in many ways like it is useful in the beauty tips and also used as a medicinal plant and it also provides oxygen to us where as an artificial alloveera plant can not give all this facilities.similarly we have many plants like neem,tamarind and all green plants are useful in some means on some day. so finally i want to coat that "Every one has to plant and grow a plant in their life time" so that it will give many advantages to many of us in coming future..............

I prefer live plants as they small really nice and they are healthy to have around.

yes indeed.. live plants are like people.. they respond ;) And they are especially responsive to music somehow. Maybe one day someone will be able to tell us why it is so. I enjoy having plants in the house. We live is a self sufficient home and plants as well as fruit trees, flowers and herbs forms an integrated part of our lifestyle. Artificial plants on the other hand are good for just the looks much like anything that is not living. And it is there for just a visual effect. useful in some other ways i guess. But my preferences are definitely live plants.

Hello,Neriz! Me too,prefer live plants inside home to get enough oxygen.these plants also absorb the carbon dioxide and dust particles from the house.that the advantage of keeping live plants inside home.thanx.

I definitely prefer live plants for different reasons: 1) Like you said they give more oxygen 2) They smell better, flowers and plants need to smell 3) I think the thought of having live plants makes living cosier and more natural. Artifical plants are having that boredness..
