Another fundraiser scheduled

I've shceduled another fundraiser to make money for my Breast Cancer 3-Day walk in October. I'm almost halfway to my goal and I should be halfway by next week. I'm hoping that I'll be very close by mid-July because I'm having a pretty big fundraiser at a local restaurant. The Greene Turtle Sports Bar and Grille sets aside Tuesdays to hold their Funds for Friends campaign. They arrange with local people to donate 10% of their sales for the day to charity. I have scheduled with our local Greene Turtle to have my day on Tuesday, July 8th. It's great, I tell all my family and friends, I put out some flyers, contact the local newspaper, whatever "advertising" I want to do for this day. The idea is to get as many people as I can to visit this restaurant on my day - July 8th - so that the sales will be pretty high. Then my Breast Cancer 3-Day walk fund gets 10% of their sales! I'm pretty excited about it and if it goes over well, I have another restaurant that I'd like to approach and see if they'll do the same thing for me. I'm still selling raffle tickets for my July fundraiser - $5 tickets are eligible for a nightly $50 prize.
