How do you keep yourself fit?

Do you know exactly how to keep yourself fit? Actually, the ways vary from person to person. Older people prefer a morning walk, younger ones need enough outdoor games or jogging and running. What about the middle aged people? How o you keep yourself fit? Aerobics, dancing, walking, jogging, exercises - these are some of the ways to keep oneself fit. Do you know about the yogas? Yogas are very helpful and the not only keep a person fit but also healthy. It is known that yoga can cure several ailments including pain, stiffness and even asthma. Different yoga therapies are there for different ailments and i believe yoga is the best exercise if one is health conscious.

Eat healthy food, sleep well, excercise regularly,have lots of fruits, meditation is also very good...try to avoid junk food as much as possible...

if i am honest the most physical thing i do at the moment is walking, but i am starting to go the gym next week and i cant wait i really need to get fit and stay fit lol!

I prefer to do exercise like walking jogging and even tried martial arts. I also check the foods I eat and make sure its balanced diet. Discipline and living a healthy lifestyle is really important.

Not really it is really an option to choose. There are pilates as well. But i guess it depends on the persons attitude. I prefer to sweat and hard worked...
