Less Salt , more Health

A teaspoon of salt a day is all that our body requires.Amazing isnt it... All foods by nature itself has sodium in it, but while cooking when we add extra salt to it, then starts the problem. Pls share your tips to reduce salt in foods...

I use sea salt. It does not take much, and does not have the sodium of regular salt, but still tastes like salt. You can purchase sea salt at almost all supermarkets or health food stores. It is not expensive and is so much better for you. Enjoy, and here's to eating healthier!

I use several different kinds of spices which cuts down the need for salt. You can also get VEG-All (tastes like salt) at the health food store that is made out of vegetables.
