is cashfiesta worth joining?

this site provides "paid to surf" programs. we just need to put a bar which consumes 10% of our screen area, when we are online. we will get point according to how long we are online and put the bar. simple. the problem is, they offer so little earning, unless we join some of other sites they're promoting (some of them offer free membership, but mostly we have to pay to use their offered services). so what do you think? any body have a good experiences with cashfiesta? pls share it here. thx in advance
