Did you know that if you eat two egg yolks for breakfast, you are likely exceeding the recommended daily cholesterol intake for more than one-third? A typical egg yolk has about 200 to 250 milligrams of cholesterol... and the recommended daily cholesterol intake, according to the American Heart Association, is 300 milligrams. What a surprising fact, right?! In other words, to maintain a healthy diet, you must not eat two eggs a day. :-(
