Have i touch with you kid and keep a close watch on him what is he doing.Have a brief idea about your kid's friends background.And so teach him good lessons and moral value.

I think the most important thing here is to make sure that you don't become the enemy here. Once your kid thinks you're out to get him, so to speak, nothing you will say will work until it's too late. I think the key to the situation is to me firm, but not to the point where you shut down any kinds of arguments from your child.
