how many hours do you sleep???

hey guys i have to sleep for 8-10 hours daily for healthy fit health ..but many a times a can sustain for sleeping for just 3-4 hours a days. i have heard smoking or drinking or taking drugs helps you sustaining without having a proper sleep and at the same time i dont have any such habits then also i have sustained for 3days continuity for sleeping for 3 hours each.. my achievement..

I sleep about 8-11 hours usually but sometimes it happens that I have lots of commitments a day, then I have to wake up earlier...I feel myself much more fit and healthier when I sleep for long hours...

I probaly get around 6 hours of sleep a night. I have a hard time falling asleep and when I do fall asleep I have a hard time staying asleep. I tend to think about everything going on in my life when I go to bed and instead of sleeping.
