Spain, the winners!

Spain has just won the Euro 2008 cup, thanks to Torres. Even though i cheered for Germany, i still think that Spain deserved it because they played better. Do you have any comment?

Spain are the deserving winners. They were unbeaten throughout the tournament.Scored the most number of goals.What else can one ask for. And finally they have ended their 44 year drought. They played admirably inspite of losing their star man David Villa. The defence was solid and the keeper "Casillas" was like a wall. The coach Luis Aragones must be complimented. He had to take a barrage of criticism for not selecting Raul but he proved all wrong by selecting a team with great bondage and they showed it every match. I'm very happy as Spain were my favourites before the tournament and now I'm even more happy because they totally deserve the tag "European Champions" . FeIicItaCioNeS EsPañA - Congratulaions Spain.

Good for Spain!! I will probably hear all aout this tonight, when I listen to the news and sports updates on the BBC World Serice. I neer go to sleep without getting an update about just about everything from the BBC.
