Well, first of all,the geographical features has been changed a lot that you can't say which particular region. The seashore has changed a lot,and the ocean has expanded many folds, than the initial level. Also, volcanoes and meteorites has changed the total structure of the land. If you are looking for an approximate answer then I think humans evolved in different parts of the world during a considerable short period of a few hundred years. The areas where humans evolved are native Americans,Australia[primitive~Aboriginals, not the white people],Africa and so on. I have long before read that there were two types of humans, one is us and the other was a bit dull headed and more big.The bigger ones were destroyed by us[I mean our ancestors, long long ago, even before tribes were formed]. And as for the garden of Eden,I think we have to consider all the places where people originated originally to be the garden of Eden. Cheers! Have a cool day Happy mylotting and happy earnings.

Can someone offer some kind of SCIENTIFIC proof of evolution from ape to man? Anything? Actual bones that didn't turn out to be fakes? Anything other than a popular idea from scientists? That would be interesting to see...

Australopithicus afarensis is a discovered Hominid species which lived in north east Africa, in the Hadar region of Ethipoia. Until 1995, this species was the earliest known member of the Hominid family. Australopithicus afarensis lived from approx. 4 to 2.7 million years ago along the morthern rift valley of east Africa and perhaps earlier. Fragments of more than 300 individuals of Australopithicus afarensis have been discovered so far, including a remarkably complete skeleton of an adult female (nicknamed "Lucy"). "Lucy was found in 1974 near Hadar in Ethiopia. Her skeleton has provided a wealth of information about the ancestral line of human beings. (This info is from a Washingon State University general education page)
