i m quite fond of hvin juices...fruit juice or green vegeis juice....i try to have it regularly coz 1. Its good for health...its is an Excellent source of Vitamins and Minerals 2. Its good for skin...it makes ur skin glowww like anything...specially orange juice...hv it daily n c the difference in your skin :) 3. It increases your energy levels 4. Its better than having cold-drinks..that are quite harmful to our body 5. It diminishes the Toxin load in our body 6. Juicing reduces your food craving which helps you to stay away frm juck food...and thus helps in reducing weight...

Dear Cherry, Better than drinking juice eat fruits straight just like that. It is healthier to eat the fruits, with all the goodness of the fibre contents. When you drink juice you tend to take in more sugar, not only that you take more calories too. If you eat more fruit it will help you lose weight faster. If you ,like to drink something , it would be better to stick to juices instead of aerated drinks like Coke and pepsi. Bottled juices also has preservative and colour etc. So stick to fresh juices and less sugar if you want a drink, otherwise take fruits just like that.

Fruits do not help to clear out the toxins as you say, it is water which helps. Fruit juices just fill in your stomach and help you stay away from junk food as you say, but you can never ever substitute fruit juice for main meal. You can take fruits instead, they are complete meal in itself, that too not one single fruit but a mix of all the fruits. That's the way to lose weight if you want to, not just drink juice with or without sugar.. There are many who confuse sugar intake and loss of weight.. We need sugar for our body as we need salt. hi dear...ya i know ofcourse eating fruits straight away is always good... Even fresh juice with no sugar is a good drink...rather than taking less sugar...i prefer avoiding sugar....coz its evn better....right ?? thanx for responding..

Well, I do like juice, but I don't agree with your last point. WATER is what your body needs to stay hydrated, and it has no calories. WHile Juuices have vitamins and nutrients that are devoid in sodas, they still have calories. And often they are empty calories that are all sugars. Many juices aren't even from real fruits (read you labels,folks) so you may be drinking juice FLAVORED drinks that are just sugar-laden, chemical garbage. And drinking too much juice can actually make you GAIN weight, because people don't account for the extra calorie intake - that is often ONLY a sugar rush. One of the first things I do when I need to diet is cut out ALL drinks, and just drink water. You'd be amazed at the calories you are drinking in juice. I can get the vitamins I need from a supplement in the meantime, or from other means, like fortified cereal and whole grains.

I relly love to have juices. I too can have either fruit or vegetable juice. But I prefer fruit juices to vegetable juices. And vegetables I can have them as soups. You have given vital informations for those who dont like to have fruits and vegetables in their original form but would prefer them as juices. Thanks for sharing.

Your informations are useful.I like to have juice but I cannot like vegetable juice.But if we take fruit instead then it will more beneficial.we got fibre what we do not get when we drink juice.

thanx a lot !! ya u r right...bt the thng is...whn u knw the benefits n wonders it does to ur body...u will feel like hving vege juice as well...it takes a min to drink dear...why nt hv it ? right... apart frm tat...fruit juice shud b taken coz u r hving ard 3-4 oranges at a time dear...normally u v eat fruits...v hv one at a time...for eg- i can hv one orange at a time, bt one glass of juice has ard 4 oranges...right? think abt it... i take out orange juice frm a juicer tat does vipes out fibers...so its almost as gud as hving the fruit frnd... :)

ya i love to have juices. thanks a lot for ur information about the juice. i know that juice is good for health. but u have listed the points. mostly i will have all fruit juices.
