How many hours do you exercise per day?

Exercise is very important to prevent many lifestyle disease. As far as I know, exercising for at least 30 minutes 3 times a week will be enough for you to stay healthy. Just curious to find out how many hours do you exercise per day.

I can't remember the last time I exercised. I know . . . it's sad and it's bad but what can i do?? I have a 25-hour busy day everyday. Being a mom, business woman and a wife - not easy!

I know it is not easy to be mom, businesswoman and a wife. But exercise can take in any form. For example, you can try to take the stair instead of taking lift.

Hi there, it's me again. I am exercising 45 - 60 minutes per day. I do it with my husband when we play tennis. This is one of our daily habits together. It really hepls us to perform a whole-day's activity. Happy posting!

Exercise? Oh my, am I really this badly hooked on this wonder box of a machine??? I can't even recall when the last time I did an exercise was. :-) How about you? As you've just said, exercise is very important to prevent many lifestyle diseases, but do you exercise regularly? If so, what are your activities? It would be interesting to know. Thanks!

ooo I am lazy,so I never exercise. Maybe it is time for me to have sports now,because my sister just told me I was toooo fat when I asked. thank you,I am considering it now!

I exercise for about 30 mins to 1 hour per day except weekends. I don't know I just can't help it to exercise after I have woke up. it really helps me cope with the stress at work.

You are such a healthy person. I find it very de-stressing when I exercise too.
