Auctioning off one's heart... what do you think about it?

Yesterday, I heard about a young woman who had children and a home but no husband. She said that she wanted to have someone to help her deal with her mortgage so she decided to go on E-Bay and to auction off her home, her family and her heart... evidently, she hopes to get a boyfriend or fiance out of the deal... What do you think about this?

I'm just confused...Uh, I hope she gets what she wants? and she's not litterally auctioning off her heart right?

Apparently she is auctioning of something a bit more insubstantial... her love... I cannot understand this at all.
