whats going on?

Ok so has anyone in here have any issuses with my lot when they first started? The reason that I am asking because I created an account and then signed out from it. When I went to sign back in it kept saying logon failed. So then I tried to retrive my useername and passwoord with my email address and it kept saying user does not exist. So I had to end up starting all over. On top of that when I redid everything it would not allow me to use my original user name because it already existed. So therefore I am kind of upset. Has anyone had this happen to them? Also I have contected My lot on the issue several times with no response as always.
