In a Paid to site what ahve you always wanted?

Here's a loaded question. If you could tell a site what you wanted in a "Paid to" site what would you say? jackpots, raffles, Free Money :) Get creative. You never know who may be reading this.

i don't know how feasible it would be with you having a fairly new site, but i like the thing NeoBux and now Earn.nu do with the instant cashout. we all know how frustrating it can get waiting for payments.

Mostly a site that pays fast. Can make payout by yourself within a month or even 2. Maybe have chat along side earning area so you can surf and chat with other members. Maybe earn raffle tickets instead of buying them.
