after i resigned from work a few months ago, i decided that i want to learn how to cook. staying at home with no things to do is actually more stressful than meating the deadlines. lol. anyway so i did. at first all i can cook was frying. then since i do have internet at home, i started checking recipe for something that i really love to eat. i learned how to cook beef asparagus with oyster sauce, beef with tofu, sweet and sour pork or fish, and of course me and my girlfriend's favorite -- chilli prawn gambas. for me it was an achievement. and the joy that it brings to me when she liked it. well hopefully she's not lying. lol. i love to cook for her. that's one of the things that we like the most...eating. well i hope you cook for your special someone to cause it is really worth it. if it turns out to be not as good as you expect it to be, well at least you will know that they really love you for eating it. lol. well practice makes perfect. it's really rewarding.:)

Hello neilchua, I really got to admire you for that, well I have always cooked as my mother taught me and i cook just like mum used to, my husband loves my cooking and so my friends and family. But you know you can get fed up with cooking everyday so take a break. Regards Tamarafireheart.

hhaha you're right about that. what is actually harder than cooking itself is knowing what to cook with the limited ingredients inside the ref.lol

My boyfriend frequently cooks for me. He is in fact a very good cook. From time to time, I would also cook for him. He loves my pasta dishes. We do teach each other when it comes to cooking. There are even instances when we would experiment on some dishes.

I really love to cook for my husband. And even before when we were still BF/GF, I cook for him whenever he came to see me. He always look forward to what I had prepared for him. Well, I always cook our family recipe which he really loves. I also love to cook pasta dishes for him.

I grew up with my grandmother, doing business with restaurant and cooking local delicacies such as puto and bibingka. So I learned how to cook from her. And now that I have my own family, I cook for them on Sundays, if the kids want to have especial meals. They said that my cooking is different from their mom.
