Is physical appearance important in choosing a BF/GF?

does it matter to you??
for me, frankly speaking, i will be interested to know a person if i am attracted to him. but in some cases that he will introduce himself to me, i would gladly accept him as my friend.

To me it is important, I have to have a physical attraction to someone that I might be considering getting involved with. I am married now so this does not really concern me so much now, but if I were single and I was out and someone came to me with the intentions of wanting a relationship. I have to be able to look at them and think "Phwoar".

it is the first impression. when you fall in love there are different situation. sometimes the first appearnce makes somethinmg. in other cases you first know very well the person then the love.

Hi There,
This is a tricky question. I think a lot of the time you will decide whether pr not to pursue somebody based on physical appearance. In other words, if they do not strike your fancy, you may not give them a chance and then really get to know them. I think after you have gotten to really know them, physical appearance does not matter nearly as much.

no not really...but physical appearance is a reason why you get attracted to a person. BUT if you DO get to know the person then thats more dominating than the physical appearance...know what I mean? Its always the personality that counts.
Even if the person doesn't look THAT good, but when you get to know that person and that person turned out to be really nice...then you'll find that person attractive and at the same time good looking.

yes u wont even give a damn to not so good looking person unlike to the good looking person right...
if u wer walking to the mall, and a not so good looking man approaches u, u wont even dare to talk back to him... but if a GOOD looking man approaches u, maybe u will entertain him and also try to give him ur number.. ^_^

Honestly if you love someone it does not matter what they look like,because looks are not everything,I love my fiance,and too me she is the most beautiful woman in the world,and I can not wait to marry her next year,and spend the rest of my life with her.

Well i feel the importance of knowing the person as a whole rather than just relying on the physical appearance.
There are a Million people who are not ssoooooooooo good looking but make a perfect pair, they compliment each other needs very very well.
Remember this(Joke):
A Good Husband is one who can earn more than what his wife spends.
And a Good Wife is one who can find such a husband.
