How many of you use traffic exchange? / myLot

How many of you use traffic exchange to boost your site's traffic? Do you use it on your blog, your forum or your other kind of site? Have you try using it to get referrals? I have join few traffic exchange, and using it to boost traffic of my blog. Most of them not work good, as having too much site in rotators, which make my site hard to see by member. One of the traffic exchange site work really good, bring me a lot of traffic everyday.

I use to add my site link to blog and forum and also i use to add some topic related to my site content in orkut scrap.Doing such thing increase my site traffic rate.

I used to spend hours everyday trying to build up credits on traffic exchanges. I would rush home and sit in front of a computer flipping form one exchange to another trying to get a far as I could. What I do now is work with exchanges that actually pay cash, very little mind you, but it helps me out in two fronts and that pretty nice. I can share some links with you is you would like.
