If your feeling down and lonely, what would you do to make yourself okay?

Me, I watch movie or read a good book. Sometimes I like to eat ice cream and lots of foods. I realize that doing these things make my life easier during troubled times...I talk to friends...they help me too many times.

aside from listening to my friends stories i go to a salon to pamper myself. after a relaxing hair treatment and a massage i felt i regain my confidence. voila!! i can smile again..

I really enjoy a good laugh, no matter how I'm feeling! :) Sometimes it helps to learn not to take the ups and downs of Life so seriously. Your Life and your Love of Life sometimes only require a little more attention that you give to the world around you, and you will start to feel stronger... Life is to enjoyed, not endured like Hard Labor. Take a moment and smile for yourself! :) I love good food, movies and games. I enjoy entering cooking contests and sometimes I even win! Not bad, eh? I usually go for a walk. I can exchange smiles and greetings with other people on the way, which will make me feel better, or I can go where there aren't many people and enjoy the natural beauty of my surroundings. I never really feel lonely when I am on my own, only I do sometimes when I am with a lot of other people. I enjoy my own company and I enjoy doing things on my own. I do feel down at times and I accept that life is not always happy and cheerful. I don't mind feeling low and can use the feeling to enjoy some sad music, read some poetry or watch a DVD.

i always find myself spending lots of time browsing inside a book store. it really takes a lot for me to be depressed so this doesn't happen often but when it does i know that i can always count on books to lift my spirits and get me through the tough times ahead. sometimes, i try to write down what i feel so that i get to the bottom of things and find out why i'm so bummed about something. i then find out that there really is no need for me to feel bad at all and everything gets back to normal. other times, i listen to my favorite songs and after a couple of spins in my player, all my troubles seem to go on mute and as the last notes of my favorite song fade away, so does the worries that trouble me.
