Potential payout problem

So apparently I never entered my paypal account when I registered for my mylot username. I don't even remember if it asked for my paypal account when I registered. Well, I tried to fix that just now and I went to "customize your profile" then clicked on "payment information." Well, there was the space to enter my paypal account, but there was no "update" button. So I couldn't save my details!
Is it supposed to be like that? Does the "update" button only appear when I reach payout or have a certain number of posts?

Not reached payout yet but I have the 'update' button, maybe you should ask them why do not have the features...
have you tried to refresh and still the same issue?

Yeah, I refreshed the page. I even tried signing out then signing back in again.
The only other idea that I have is that I can only update it once I've reached 100 responses. After all, that is when the users get their stars.
But I think that I'll also go ahead and ask the staff why I can't update.
