If anyone works with live ops please help

So I just finished my basic Certification and got my project... when applying i said i have no outbound experience and want inbound calls. is there any way to change it to inbound and how do i contact my onboarding af as well?

Hi there! I have been working for LiveOps since January. I actually started out doing outbound and was able to switch to inbound. The outbound line I started out on required me to work a minimum of 15 hrs a week. Well, in February, my MIL was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma. So, I was going back and forth to the hospital with her and helping with her care. With all this going on, I couldn't be sure that I could guarantee that I would be able to put in a full 15 hrs a week for LO. So, I told my AF (at that time) about it and she said don't worry about it. Well, I was worried about it b/c I didn't want to be deactivated for not putting in the required hours. I sort of took a chance and went over her head a bit and emailed LO and told them I would prefer to be on the DR line that didn't require a certain amount of hours a week. If I remember correctly, the email I sent it to was agentonboarding@liveops.com. Lucky for me, I was switched to DR in March and have been on it ever since. I hope you're able to get things worked out how you want. Good Luck!
