Adding tags after the fact...

Okay I'm sure this has been asked but I can't find it. After each discussion your are asked to add tags. Once you do that can you go back and add more? (example) Like if the question is what is your favorite color You respond to it and you tag it green can you go back and add another tag like the word color? There is a discussion I want to add a tag to but I can't find where to do it. I have already tagged it once but want to add some thing. Thanks in advance!

Hi.
I have never looked to do it for myself, so don't know weather it can be done or not, but still as I have never seen any link to adding tags on any of the pages here, I am quite sure that we can add tags only after creating a new discussion or after responding to one.

Apparently not.
Before answering, I saw the option to add tags to this discussion, so I did, I added the word color.
When it came back up, the option was no longer there, it just gave me the list of tags, but no block to add more.
I don't know if it would be different for the person that started the discussion or not.
