How do you deal with your boss? Are you afraid with your boss.. On my first day of work I am really hesitant to approach my boss for any concerns..but as time goes by I am thankful that I cope up with my fears and is not fearful anymore to face her.. But of course I am very careful and keen in details. I do believe that as long as you do your work properly I am sure you will not have problems with your boss. How about you guys? Is your boss nagger?Hot tempered? how do you deal with them,,

I am afraid of our boss because his temper is hot. And he is moody, nobody will know when he will lose temper. And that's horrible because no matter what you do, you are wrong and he is always right. I tend to listen to him rather than argue with him because he believes he's right. I love China

My boss is my brother because I live in his house and we have a project which involves a farm that he owns. I guess you could say that I am afraid of my boss. I do not do things that would incur his ire and when I do make the mistake of doing something or not doing something and he disapproves, then I make sure it doesn't happen again. It's not the best way to live but I am trying to survive until I am able to do something that I really like to do.

I am not afraid of my bosses at all. I have 2 bosses. Both owners I am the assistant to them. They are both great guys. They are easy going and laid back. They are two totally different people though. Boss A is nice let things go in one ear and out the other, doesn’t care if you have over time, or leave early. He is easy to talk to and easy to work for. Boss B is cheap cheaper, and cheapest! If you are at work till 415 you get paid till 4 there is no quarter hours as he puts it – it’s a give and take you stay late today but you can come in late one day. He yells about every thing and gets very excited over the littlest things in the world. He doesn’t yell at any one directly he yells to you. Even with the way he is. He is still easy to work for and I don’t fear him. When he gets like that I just turn the radio up. They are both nice guys – I can tell them that I am pissed off or what ever and they don’t care. We flick each other off at least once a day! I yell at them for waiting till 3:45 to give me a proposal to type up (I leave at 4). This has to be the best job I have ever had!

Dear friend, My boss is so friendly to his staff. Actually in that case I am lucky to get a boss like that who is well good in his work and also know how to work his staff without making their work a burden to without any compelling. Our boss is considered to be a real hero for me even though he is much aged but active and much energetic I like a youth. I really wonder were my boss get this much energy also so well my manages everything. Also he is a role model in his house too a loving husband and father too. A complete family business man and may a complete boss too.

My boss does make me nervous sometimes. Shes so nice and rarely gets mad, but Im the youngest at my job. Im 18 while the next youngst is 22, then 25 then 27 then her she is 33. So they are all friends and hang out after work but I dont just because of my age. I find my age affects alot of things at my work. So Im more worried about getting in trouble because she is that much older, but the rest really dont care because they're her friend and know nothing bad will really happen.

Well, my bosses have all been really good thus far. I've had 6 bosses so far in my entire career and all of them have different traits. It is normal at the beginning though that we hesitate to approach them and ask something or even just hang out with him/her. It's the getting to know stage. As time pass by you get to know them better and here comes the realization stage where you see their positive and negative trait. I just feel nervous when he/she is serious about something or if I did something that is a little bit off. But I got used to it and I just relax and talk to them casually. Same goes when I got to be the boss. I opened up quickly and my team caught on quick. Take care! Have a great day!

My boss is great. He's absolutely wonderful! He always takes the time to thank all of his employees and let them know what a great job they're doing. He really makes you feel appreciated. He's very friendly and always willing to help you out. He's very easy to talk to and makes it easy to come to him if you have any problems or concerns. I've had some scary bosses in the past, but I'm very lucky to have such a great boss right now!

Well, I don't have a boss because I'm still in school, but I guess teachers and bosses are related. I try to test the waters on the first day of school, and see how she reacts to different jokes/statements. I usually decide within the first five minutes whether I'm going to goof off, or stay on track in the class. Around the end of this year I was helping a teacher with her final project that she had to do to get her doctorate degree. After finishing the project, which was a simple web page, I was deemed technology expert of the school. I literally only went to 4 out of 7 classes in an average day on the last 5 weeks of school. It was awesome, because I would just spend hours helping someone with something as simple as opening up a file.

i deal with my boss my own way. if she goes in my way, i'd argue. people misunderstood me for being hot-tempered, it's just that i stand for myself and i fight for what i think is right. she has been judgemental and took everything i said personally.
