Format for Project Profile

I am a technical writer. I have been assigned with the task of preparing a project profile. Since I am doing this for the first time, I would like to know the standard format for preparing a Project profile.

There is an organisation known as TECSOK - a government agency for entreprenerial development in Karnataka, India. They are specialists in preparation of project reports. You can visit them at Bangalore (address given below) and get a copy of project profile on the subject you need. I do not know whether they entertain any body on internet.
