Why this PTC site so special from others site ? Quiet interesting.

I have join this neobux for quiet somtime but just active this few days. I found it this is differewnt from the other PTC or bux site that I joined. There is a chat room here where you can share your views and ideas here. There is one operator runing the room. They don't allow us to post any link here, if you want you can go th the private chat room. There is a forum also and help desk. I send message to admin and they replied me immediately. They told me this site is from Portugal. Usually it is hardly can chat with the admin. This is $2 pay out . Beside they they have help tool and a list of scam PTC, so we know which PTC is scam.
