what do u think will fetch u more money is it by sending discussion or by responding to the discussion?

Starting a discussion that has a decent thread would probably get you some money.. Responding to discussions also contributes to your totals :) I guess the best way to figure out if one or the other helps more is to just do one for a day and the other the next day and see which one gets your more money :)
