In my home country abortion is legal up to 24 weeks pregnancy. There has been talk of reducing the limit to perhaps 20 weeks. I don't agree with abortion and think that it is sad that it is offered. In a hospital in one room women might be having babies, in another room abortions might be taking place and in a different room infertile women might be having treatment. If a lady gets pregnant I think that is a situation that is meant to be. She can get used to being pregnant and sort her life out for when her baby is born. Once a baby is aborted no amount of money can bring them back to life. I think many ladies suffer emotionally after having an abortion. Abortion is not fair on the baby.

I would just like to add adoption is better than abortion. Then the baby could have loving parents and a good home life. The real parents could get on with their lives and an infertile couple could have an adoptive baby.

As of this time, I don;t know what country is legalizing abortion. But for me, abortion is really sin. It is against the law of God which says.. Do Not kill. Yes, the fetus know nothing about what his parents are doing, the little life in the mother's womb is really innocent. How can people tolerate to kill an innocent fetus? for me, it is really a sin to do that.

..how ould you react to those who say that abortion is not yet a sin when the child hasn't been developed yet.. I mean its not yet a fetus.. its just blood starting to be formulated into fetus (more or less two weeks old only).. They say that its ok to have an abortion since the child has not yet developed as a person.. meaning the child has no rights yet because its just blood.. Others too would say that, what's the use of giving birth to a child when I'm not yet ready and I'm not capable of providing his/her needs..? Accordingly, its much better for the child not to be born than for him/her to experience the difficulty of life because the mother or both parents are not capable to support the child...
