upper back ache

Dear Friends! I'm a mother of two aged 6 and 3.I had 2 c-sections. I developed the upper back ache at it's center position after my first baby was born and had tough time coping with it that I was unable to feed my baby during lactation. It subsided for quite a long time after many kinds of medication and treatment. It started again approximately since six months and is always on and off for which I had no medication except some external aapplications. Since two days it has been worst and I'm having sleepless nights and is nagging me throughout the day. I'm just looking our for prabable causes and home remedies as I'm not interested in any medication further. Can you help me out?
