Did you know that you can walk on custard?

It is true - does anyone know the name for the physical property of custard that permits this? It is not the skin or meniscus layer... something else.
And is there a "did you know" section on mylot or is this the closest?
I am starting to wonder if Jesus made custard also... that should upset the Christians out there.... lolz
