Cellphone companies kept on upgrading units, from the basic text messaging and call to models which has cameras, mp3 and so on. I used to get excited with all the new exciting features that these cellphones has to offer. I remember the time when cellphones with built in camera was introduced, that was on top of my wish list and I can't wait to lay my hands on one. When finally I got to own one, I realized the camera features are not comparable to a digital camera, because that time it was only 1 mpeg. Then 2 mpeg came out but I lost interest already because digital cameras became as small as a cellphone with 10 mpeg. Then there's also cellphones with mp3 which is cool because it really works as good as a regular mp3. But after playing 3 to 4 songs, you have to deal with low battery and with cellphones you can't afford to have low battery otherwise you can't use it for it's real purpose, which is communication. So now even if a lot of models are popping up from different companies with lots of features you can imagine, I'm not excited anymore. I noticed that I only use my cellphone for call and text messages, I seldom use it's other features. After all I don't trust to use my cellphone for taking pictures since I have a very handy T200 to rely on, and for music I got my Ipod with a battery that lasts longer.

I only use my phone to make voice call and text messages. Texting really comes in handy when your unable to make a voice call.

No, I don't use all the features on my cell phone. I can't even download a different ring tone to it. lol I just have mine for emergencies. That's all. I'm an older adult and I don't need all of those other functions. I hate doing text messages. Mostly because I can't remember how to do them on my phone. lol So I'm sticking with a basic model of cell phone and I'll leave all that other stuff to the youngsters.
