Do you have any solutions or suggestions that might help someone go back to sleep when they are dead tired but just can't go back to sleep?

Pick a country music CD and get some news paper to read, you find sleep very fast because the music will sooth you to your slamberland and reading will fatigue your eyeleads and the next thing we shall see is a snoring you.

reading a book always makes me sleepy, Let some one give you a body massage thats seems to relex a person and this will help you sleep. Try spraying a lavender mist on your pillow. You can buy this at the bath and body store.

watch tv for awhile, or you could even try sleeping pills.

when we become more tired we sometimes are unable to go to sleep. this is a common practice with me. during that time i tend to talk to my friends or sometimes i read a book. after all these efforts if you are unable to sleep then chant some spiritual enchantings which helps me a lot. might be it will help you too.

This is a simple problem that i encounter sometimes, well the technique is simple start saying some name of a god or a person you like the most a lot of times in your mind not aloud and do it as fast as possible so that your mind tires out and if that happens then you will automatically fall in sleep.Drink milk if possible. If this didn't work try to picturize so scene that you like to see(in your mind by closing your eyes and in your bed room in sleepin posture) and be as clear and discriptive as possible and you will surely fall into sleep. Good Night And Happy Mylotting.

I try to read a book for awhile or post on the computer for awhile. I have even went in and taken a hot bath before when I just couldn't fall back asleep it relaxes you.
