What is the worst thing you've have ever done in a Truth or Dare game?

I'm sure most of you have tried this game in your college years, or at least heard of it before.
My worst experience with the game is that i have to suck the toe of every member in the game...and there are 20 people playing at that time...
One of my friend had his pants burnt. We have to use a fire extinguisher to put out the fire..Luckily he wore layers of pants before attempting the crazy stunt..otherwise we'll be having bbq butts for snacks.
So what is the craziest or the worst thing you've done in the game so far?

That's funny.
The only sad thing is that I haven't played truth or dare in a long time and now I find it silly and useless.
Anyways, that's pretty funny and thanks for sharing that with Mylot.
