Christmas once meant that we packed familial affection beneath one roof, beside one fire, with one gift per person. Now, it seems we are beseiged by the gift obligations and the clutter the "thoughtful" deem "you." I have a better idea, and I'd like you opinion. There are plenty of websites which offer day trips, adventure trips, or spa days. Usually ringing in around $100, you can take your loved one on a hot air balloon ride or a kayaking trip. You can pamper your sister with a spa kit while the two of you bond oer lattes. You can travel to historic sites and hike together, tke pictures of waterfalls. Beneath the activity portion, you may actually get a chance to spend some time with the ones you love. to communicate. This year I am arranging a cooking class for two. It get you out of the house, feeds you and gives you a chance to try something new. I have a brother who loves the theatre and appreciates a night at the theatre more than a DVD. The price is comprable if you look at local theatre. You have more than a month. Throw up some ideas here for the masses. Let's show the ones we love that we KNOW them.
