get rid of summer sun

how do you get rid of summer sun?
my idea is to stay away from it as maximum i can and another idea is i drink lots of water to deplete the effect of sun.

you are very lucky to actually have a summer, we are having a terrible summer here in the UK and have hardly seen any sun so far, so cant give you any advice that i have used lol as we aint got no sun to avoid here :(
