Does anybody else have a lot of trouble with their Zune?

It seems to me like my Zune is never working no matter how much I sync it. And it's mostly due to my Zune pass expiring. But should Zune really work like that or does it not work like that and I just have a crappy Zune? It seems when everything goes wrong with it, it's because my pass has expired. Everything unsyncs mysteriously, one day and then I can't play anything, even my own music that I paid for off of their site AND CD's that's I've bought and ripped and put on to my Zune. How is it that Zune thinks they should charge me monthly so I can listen to my own music. And even then when I pay for the pass again most of the stuff won't even re-sync, then finally one day it'll work (probably just days before the pass is expiring) and it'll be a couple days and all of a sudden it want's everything resynced! So I thought I had Zune figured out, yeah I knew what to do! He he he I'd delete everything off the Zune then resynce everything I had left. Wow that was a mistake. Not only did I not get everything that I had on my computer back on my Zune it was less than 1/3 of it. And apparently it's all messed up on the computer itself, even with the pass paid for. Oh no my Zune rejects everything I try to put on it, but my wife's Zune happily takes anything she tells it to sync with. And it's not just my Zune, I bought my sister a Zune for Christmas because she lives in LA has, no access to a computer with internet and since each acount can be linked with 3 Zune I figured it would work out great. Nope, her Zune acts like mine. My sister and I have the 30 gig and my wife has the 8 gig. Anybody else with the same issues?

I have an older 30 GB Zune and my son has an 8GB Zune and we have not had any trouble with it. Both work great. I have never had any songs lost or any ripped music inaccessible. I wish I had an answer for you but I have not had that problem. Have you checked out any of the Zune support sites? Try: www.zunely.com www.zuneboards.com www.zunehelp.org

Yeah it all worked great in the beginning. Countless calls to customer service and many times at the support site, nothing seems to work. :(
