why generally people minds differ in the same house??

In a same family one will be much brighter than the other.one will be much sharper than other and so on.
why do you think this difference will be there in every home though they are born to the same mother?
what points can you give me for this matter?

Each child not only inherits different genes from their parents(and although parents will deny this until they take their last breath) each child is treated differently. I am not saying that one child is treated good and the other bad i am saying that each child's personality is different and therefore requires different things from they parents!
