Learning something new every day

Today I had to change some things around in payroll. I learned what comes out of your check pre tax and what does not and why it is that way. It was a good thing to learn. I have been doing payroll for a long time but never knew why some things were pre taxed and others weren't. The program I use has always just told me. But now that we have a new item I had to creat a new account for it. So I had to figure out if the deduction would come out before or after taxes. Good for every one it comes out before taxes - Yeah a couple cents less to pay our lovely government!

I think everyone learns something new every day even if they aren't aware of it. Either way, the best thing to do is learn something. I don't know what I have learned today. I came across a TV show that was explain how to live your life to the fullest. And that is always a concern of mine. But I know this fact every day of my life.

Yes, I do believe that we learn every day. Today i have learned new strategies on how to deal with young adults. I just need to be attentive to their stories and their sharing/opinions. Take care =)
