How to claim payment?

alright, i asked this a year ago and a few replied... that was when the site was still dealing with e-gold. Now, that e-gold services is gone, how can i claim this site's payment to me? Paypal is not available in my country. And if moneybookers is, how can i get my money from that site??? Any Filipino who has claimed her payment already thru moneybookers? Or anyone who is using moneybookers, please inform me how i can claim mine... thanks.
