does anyone else exercise when they're bored?

i know this sounds weird-but i feel lazy just laying around doing nothing.

Yes some people do exercise when they get bored but i feel bored to do exerceses.

Yes its a wonderful advice. Its good to do some exercise in the spare time. But almost most of the people are lazy to do exercise. Dont you think so. I will try and do some exercises in my spare time.

when i do exercise i don't think it waste time.opposition, i think it usefull than doing everthing. so when you are bored,please doing some exercises !

Instead of being idle doing nothing then better exercise and do your body a favor because exercise brings about so many healthy benefits: 1) It will make your heart stronger, they may make your heart happier, too. thank you.i will do ride bike quickly every day .i think it is more helpfull for my pain. i feel pain everyday. and i don't where i feel ill. so i must through doing exercises to reduce pain.

Exercise is better done as routine, not when you are bored-but if you get bored at certain definite times, I think it makes good sense to use the period of boredom to exercise!

yeah, but not all the time. :D if am bored here in the office, i'll just take the hula hoop or the jumping rope.

Yes I do this a lot...Even when I'm bored I do exercise. On my free time, every weekends, I'll make sure I'll visit the gym three to four times a week. When your just laying around, not only your loosing your braincells for nothing but also your accumulating your fats.

When I feel lazy I end up making something like crafty like knitting or something along those lines.

yes, i actually do my exerise for they day when i'm bored; otherwise, i'd just be laying on the couch watching tv and eating more food i don't need.
