When Will Cleveland Finally Win a Professional Championship?

Am I wrong for asking this question? It seems that everytime you turn around, it's always something that stops a Cleveland franchise from winning it. The only ones I really brought would be the Browns, Indians, and Cavs. It's just so aggreviating that when you get close or look like a possible championship-caliber team, it just gets swept away and left into the dark abyss. To support a Cleveland team would require a heavy dose of patience. It's always going to be a question of when until the teams are out of Cleveland never to be heard from again. I get this feeling that the media would love to see it happen but that's another story. http://www.sportales.com/Sports/When-Will-a-Cleveland-Team-Win-a-Championship.160399 It's more of a frustration that anything to see this keep going on. These are again the only ones I'm familiar with and I believe these are considered the Big 3 in Cleveland. Will it happen and right now if you had to guess which one is the most likely to get a championship, go ahead and state why because I'm interested actually.

hi babostwick. i really think it is the cavs that have the closest shot at winning a championship for the city of cleveland. all the cavs need to dd is to put the right pieces along with lebron and the city will be closer to a championship. of course, it's wrong to think that it'll take just one man to win a championship after all basketball is a team sport. lebron though is special and he can singlehandedly put the team on his shoulders and will it to win. i just think that the cavs are two to three pieces away from the elusive ring and hopefully we get to see the cavs win one with lebron leading the way.

I sure hope so. This team went to the finals but got beat a tougher Spurs team that's hard to bet against in the finals. I know he's got 2 years left and there's talk he'll be out of Cleveland but if they win the championship, just maybe it might motivate him to stay in Cleveland. LeBron has talent and he's been a force for the Cavs and has been a positive edition. Now, if they can get him the right pieces as well, that would really help because this team can win a championship possibly next year, who knows.
