eating fruits can keep u healthy

fruits are the wonderful things given by the nature...fat content in it is very less...and keeps u healthy too.. there is a proverb in english "an apple a day can keep doctor away" eating fruits can keep u disinfected from diseases.all we need is health to do any work ,we should be healthy....and one more thing today all food items has great fat content..which leads to several diseases...so have a habit of taking fruits than fatty food items

Thanks for reminding us about how healthy fruits are. It is indeed beneficial for us to indulge in fruits. I do love eating fruits and it has always been part of my diet for quite some time now. It's sad though that some fruits are very expensive nowadays.

Dear friend, Now days it is bit difficult to get fresh fruits in our place most of them are injected with chemicals or chemical fertilizers are used which has effected the fruits too. Hence we depend mostly on organic manured and cultivated fruits which are great in demand and it is fresh too. Yes I do hope fruits are good for health and also it maintains one beauty and youth.

Fats play a role in maintaining health, too. We just need to eat the good fats and not over do it. Almonds, olive oil and those kinds of fats are good fats. I like fruit but not first thing in the mornings because they raise blood sugar levels and just cause you to crash later in the day. Apples make a good afternoon pick me up and give you a burst of energy to make it through the rest of the day.
