Anyone here work on MT? www.mturk.com I joined last month and found that it's rather addictive, even if it feels like you are working in a sweatshop. Definitely not the best way to make a ton of money, but probably much better for me than sitting in front of the tube. What are your thoughts on Mechanical Turk? Some of the jobs feel pretty menial, and you know people take serious advantage of workers, but nevertheless, it's still addictive to me!

Yes, I do it sometimes. I have done over 650 HITTS and have made a whopping $14 right as of now. LOL Some take too long to pay though. You're correct, a person won't get rich from doing it but I'm not doing anything anyway so I just pass the time. Some of them are actually fun. Don't you think?

Totally agreed. I think the thing that pulls me in the most is that if I am bored and only have 10 minutes to spare, I can still just login and complete a couple of hits. And the variety is good. I might want to categorize a few products and then switch to something else. I just wish they paid just a little bit more!

What do you have to do to earn money? I've never heard of the site, but I'll go on it. Thanks.

They have a lot of different things you can do. Some examples are transcribe audio files, tag photos, categorize photos or products, research information, etc. Definitely check it out. I don't think they have a way to earn extra money for referrals or anything, but it's just a good way to pass the time!

Yes, its addictive. I worked on hits many times in a day month ago. I always see to it to get online everytime I'm off from work and have free time... but I came to realize that I was spending so much time and effort to earn just a few cents. I'm now into article writing and blogging. More profitable for me as long as I write about what people are searching for online. Makes me earn almost $2 a day now. Still working hard so I could earn more though ...

I have heard of the site.My husband signed up but really hasnt done anything with it.It doesnt pay a whole lot though and it seems I would probably get bored easily after awhile .LOL.Plus the payout is kind of low for that much work. But if thats what you like to do that good as everyone needs something you like to do.I work on other money making sites to make some money. It seem to me you can make more on mylot and my other money making sites plus the one site I do is real easy and only takes me about an hour or less to do.But I have high speed internet.

Agreed. The pay definitely stinks! I haven't gotten bored with it yet, but probably because I use MT as a way to get out of being bored from other things I do. =) I agree with you though, you have to stick with what you like to do!

It is very addictive. I like doing it when I have downtime. It passes the time of day and occupies my mind. Some of the tasks are fun. You are right in the fact that you won't be able to retire on it though. Ha Ha.

I joined a few months ago.The only time I go there is when I've finally caught up on all my other programs.Even then,it seems like there's too much involved to get so little.
