What is your best salad combination?

I am wondering how to make good combination of salads. I am not use to making salads because I am not born in this country. I am an immigrant and don't have any idea of a good salad combination. I have seen many types of salads. I even tasted some of it but, don't know how to make a good one?
I have search it in some cook books but it is always good to try something that has been tested by others. I am tired of making experiment all the time and my companions in the house wouldn't it some of my experiments. lol Even me, I don;t like the taste sometimes.
Well, hope to hear from hose who love salads and share with me your idea of a tasty combination that is healthy wise too. thanks....

Ok this is my favorite salad mix
Lettuce
Black beans
Corn
shredded colby and montery cheese
ranch dressing
grilled chicken
This makes for a party in your mouth!!!!! I love to get the powder and make my own ranch dressing taste much better than that ranch in a bottle

Hi Bebs, it is easy. I love salads and eat it every day because salads are healthy. The most popular combination is tomatoes, onion and lettuce. You can use grated carrots (raw), onion and tomatoes. You can make a combination of potatoes and canned sardines with onion. You can use potatoes, carrots and peas together. You can make a pasta salad with screw pasta boiled and add oil, vinegar, salt, black pepper, oregano, onion and chopped hot dogs. And you can do many more salads that you create. Most of the vegetables are good to make salads. It never come wrong.

i love salads. m favorite is the standard salad, just lettuce, tomatos, and cucumbers. if you want to go all out then you could add carrots, croutons, bacon bits, and a little shredded cheese.
